Be careful when choosing your size through the mail. I got these as a present for Christmas. My husband purchased them online. Most MBTs say order 1/2 size too large, which is what we did. They were too big. We sent them back and ordered my regular size, which was still a little too big. Now I wear thick socks to combat the problem.

I love my MBT shoes. I have five pair now and love each one of them. I can be on my feet longer and my back feels great at the end of the day. They took some getting used to but after I did, I won't wear anything else.

Okay, so these are not the most glamorous pair of shoes that I own. That's what L.A.M.B shoes are for. I bought these shoes a couple of years ago. My best friend swore by them. I was skeptical, but I had nothing to lose. I have a lot of lower back pain and I'm severely flat footed. They take a bit of getting used to. I would recommend practicing walking in them before you take your dog on a long walk. They are terrific for a day at the mall or sightseeing while on vacation.
