It is easy to get on and off, and easy to adjust across the instep! If you wear medium weight or heavier socks, you will want half a size up.

These mbt shoes give a 'bounce' to my step and helps correct my habit of dragging my feet when I walk. Looks fine overall, but wish it had a cuter and less bulky look.

Great shoe, looks real good, comfortable, does make you improve your posture, need to get 1/2 size larger than normal, you will probably get more because they spoil you for all the other shoes in the closet. They are great for your all around health. Love them.

Honestly, no pain at all. I mean I feel the weight of the shoe at the end of the day, but I guess I adapted. I've only been wearing them for a week and when you find out the price your kind of skeptical even in a recession, but then you see how much money you've wasted buying at least 5 pair of shoes a year trying to get comfort and this one shoe does it all.

I love my shoes. The first pair of shoes I bought did not fit, so I did the super easy return and got a credit and ordered this pair. I am a retail store owner and am always on my feet, wearing these MBT's has changed my life. Yes, they are not very attractive, but I don't care. My feet no longer hurt, my back no longer aches. I even wore these to the Atlanta Gift Market - usually my feet hurt so bad after market, with these on I could have walked (and shopped) forever!
