    I have the worst problems with my feet and ankles so buying shoes for me is usually a nightmare. The MBT Women's Lami Shoes are not only beyond comfortable, but have transformed my body.

    MBT Women's Lami Shoes pink is great! I use it to walk the dogs. I'm not sure you can run in them, I would like to know that myself. But they really work the calf and glute muscles.

    mbt lami shoes are awesome! The first time I wore them to go shopping an I got tired! I felt like I had been on a treadmill! They work somehow, it's really cool and worth the price if you're serious about wearing them.
