The mbt walking shoes have a"rocking" bottom that challenge your core, your balance, and aligns your spine as you walk. Our reviewers say these shoes help with back and leg pain and, once you are used to the MBT's, it's hard to go back to regular shoes.
As a result of the PU midsole and Masai Sensor, a environment of 3D instability is created. The body is forced to maintain its balance through muscular exertion. Neglected muscle groups are activated to perform the balancing movements.

Stood in them all day at a trade show, and my feet didn't hurt! That's pretty amazing. I don think they look very nice, honestly, but they served their purpose.

MBT walking shoes became my lifesavers. I developed a heel spur and had excruciating pain when I walked in flats or bare feet and mbt shoes took the weight off my heel and I can now walk my dogs or stay on my feet for some length of time without pains.

The most comfortable MBT Women's M.Walk shoes dark red I have ever had. I did go up 1/2 size, they fit great. A tiny bit wide at the heel, but not enough to make me take them off! Lots of room for socks. It is a big investment but one you won't regret.

Just purchased this shoe and so far it is the best. I have a leg circulation problem and this shoe is better then taking med. The price is a little steep.

I love these shoes. Fit perfectly and so comfortable. They are dressy enough to wear with pants to work, but also casual to wear with jeans.

These shoes do fit very differently style to style and sizing up is necessary. Aside from that these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. A joy to walk in. I didn't want to take them off! I recommend the styles with the highest amount of "oomph" rather than the lower, more stylish versions. You get addicted to the rock! There ought to be a law! Or at the very least a good sale.
