    These fit true to size. I ordered these for myself who has not walked much in years due to a chronic back condition. I feels like he has a new lease on life and is like the energizer bunny. Also these look like normal shoes, not as clunky as the other styles.

    Okay, so these are not the most glamorous pair of shoes that I own. That's what mbt shoes are for. I bought these shoes a couple of years ago. My best friend swore by them. I was skeptical, but I had nothing to lose. I have a lot of lower back pain and I'm severely flat footed. They take a bit of getting used to. I would recommend practicing walking in them before you take your dog on a long walk. They are terrific for a day at the mall or sightseeing while on vacation.
